Horrible visit with NP. This NP was very rude and unprofessional. She was not concerned about my reason for the visit and just brushed me off to another practitioner.
I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

This was my very first visit, and overall I was impressed by the services provided here! I usually go to Walgreens for Rx/vaccines + a private membership-based primary care network for general care, but this clinic fills a much-needed gap for me in terms of availability/ease of booking services online + convenience (hours/location). This felt like an independent medical practice (a step above an urgent care clinic) with the advantage of being connected to a pharmacy/retail store. Highly recommend + would definitely return, if needed!

The NP far exceeded my expectations for a vaccine appointment. Highly professional and excellent 'bedside' manner!
I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

The NP + the provider who was assisting in my appointment were both very thorough. Before my vaccine, the NP reviewed my history with me, and conducted additional research during my appointment to confirm the answer to my question. The additional provider also had a deep knowledge about the history of the vaccine I was receiving.
I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

Prompt service! I was admitted/seen on-time. Everyone was very friendly—the admin who checked people in, the NP who handled my appointment, and the additional provider who assisted the NP.
