Fram Filter Decals

I'm looking for Fram oil filter decals that match those on my 59 motor's oil cannister. Here is a photo:
The decals at Sierra Madre and Stoddard both say F3-P2W, and Einlass is a different color. They must be for later filters. Are there any different decals available?

Dave,I have been looking for the same decal for my '59 and so far have not found anything with the "F-3" by it's self. The top decal should match the side decal, those being sold by most resellers have the top with the F988, which I believe was for the C -912 cars without the large side decal. The ones sold by Impact Decal, as Donald mentioned, is as close as you can get to being correct, matching top and side colors and numbers, and matches what one of my original 1959 canisters has on it. There are several colors of the red or orange stripes, mostly repros. The "EINLASS" stickers being offered are Sliver and Red, there was someone offering a sheet of 3 press-on stickers in Yellow, Red and Silver but I don't remember who it was.

Contact CarBone in Poland, they might be interested in making this decal and include it to the products they sell. They have waterslide and vinyl decals and they claim they can make those.

I see there are a lot of differences between the decal you are looking for and the ones offered by the usual vendors.

Thanks for your helpful replies. I ordered the set from impactdecals, and I also will send them my photo of the original. Does anyone have a better photo, of both the side and top decals on a 59?

Thanks Don, that's cool. I would think someone good with photoshop could combine the scan of a new reproduction decal, with your differences included.

You could have Callie Graphics (in the USA) make replicas on vinyl from good photographs. She is the one and only choice for serious R/C scale modelers. If you need water-slide decals, she could recommend one of several custom suppliers serving the static scale modelling community. If you think you're nitpicky, those guys are obsessed.
Incidentally, did you know "decal" is short for "decalcomania"?
PS I see a vendor was selected. Let us know how the decals turn out.

One more question about Fram decals: what is the correct location for the large decal?
Both photos above of original '59 Fram oil canisters show the decal under the strap and centered on the inlet hose connection. However, I have read elsewhere that the large decal should be centered on the front of the canister, so it is centered when the canister is installed.
Also, my decals were both destroyed by very slight contact during normal maintenance of the engine, so I am replacing them. Does clear coating help to protect them, or is there another way?
Edit: found my answer to the location question:

Deluxe customs in Tempe, AZ produces their own perfect stick on decals for all versions. They are super thin but can take a lot more abuse than the water slide ones.
