Iâve failed with dieting 13 times.One day I figured out why.This is what I discovered.The problem with diets:1. Itâs too strict, so you donât enjoy it2. You spend too much time in the kitchen3. Every recipe you find has 56 ingredients4. You have to think about what to cook nextThis is complicated, frustrating, and time-consuming.The good news isâŠI found a solution that I call:â1/3 Meal PlanâIâve been using it for months.And so farâŠâ My diet is enjoyable and easy to maintainâ I save hours in the kitchen each weekâ I donât have to look for silly recipesâ I donât worry about what to cookHereâs how it works:Take 2/3 of your mealsâŠI have 6 meals per day.So for me, these are:8 AM, 10 AM, 14 PM, 18 PMIf you have 3 main courses:Breakfast and dinner.âŠand keep them the same.This will save you hours.You wonât need to think.And keeping the diet will be easy.Then you take the remaining 1/3.12PM/16PM for me or lunch for you.And this is what you change daily.This will give you variety.So you wonât get bored.And you only have to cook once.I like to keep 8-10 recipes I enjoy.These are 20-30 min cook time.And maximum of 5 ingredients.And pick whichever I like.This is also great because:I only do grocery shopping 1/week.Which also saves me hours.So if you want a âfail-proofâ dietâŠGive the 1/3 Meal Plan a try.It worked for me, itâll work for you.---Enjoyed this?Repost â»ïž to help one more personFollow me, hit the đBen Sallai You'll get notified on my next post.
