@DimmockAlf @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Don't worry! If you try and get out of your contract they will te you to go to the ombudsman bit in the background they wi keep adding to you r debt then send in a debt recovery company. Horrible scummy company they are

@OriginBroadband cut off my broadband by mistake and is now leaving me without for 10-14 days until can be reinstalled...thank you from a self-employed working from home in lockdown person. Customer service shall respond to my complaint in 5 working days...thanks...! :(

.@OriginBroadband I’ve just spent time on the phone being fed bullsh*t by one of your first line support techs. Despite what he says, changing my DNS server will not affect how your core network routes packets and throws them at random into the bin. Sort your **** out.
