Grab a martini glass and gently swipe with a lime wedge. Dip the rim of the glass in the pink sanding sugar. Set aside.

Grab a co*cktail shaker with a cover and splash in the vodka and Chambord liqueur.

Next, splash in the fresh-squeezed lime juice and simple syrup.

Lastly splash in the cranberry watermelon juice.

Fill the co*cktail shaker about three-quarters of the way with fresh ice cubes. Fill it almost all the way with ice leaving an inch or two of space still at the top.

Cover the co*cktail shaker with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously. Give everything a good shakeuntil all ingredients are cold and combined. It’s okay to let the ice crush inside as you shake. This meshes everything together and makes the delicious co*cktail nice and chilled.

Strain your pretty pink festive drink into the prepared martini co*cktail glass.

Garnish with a skewer of pink heart gummies, a skewer of strawberry chunks or watermelon chunks.

If desired, optionally, you may top off the finished drink with a light splash of sparkling champagne or prosecco sparkling wine.

Serve ice cold.

This easy Valentine’s Day co*cktail hits the spot when you crave cold champagne co*cktails or even just easy pink co*cktails.

The simple flavor profile of the vodka with the cranberry watermelon juice makes the perfect co*cktail for pairing up with that romantic dinner be it chicken, fish, or steak!

It’s basically a festive love potion inspired pink cosmopolitan martini using Chambord instead of Cointreau (triple sec or orange liqueur) and cranberry watermelon juice instead of classic tart cranberry juice. This is what you would find in the classic co*cktail.

Lastly, the classic cosmo is usually finished with a twist of lemon peel while this fun Valentine’s Day drink recipe is finished with skewered candy hearts or fresh fruit.
