@verizonfios I’m concerned about the price of your service vs the service I am receiving. I pay $118 a month for your service and I’m definitely not getting the speed I’m paying for. Xfinity has a better price by far. If they throw in some xfi pods, I’m switching.

@HBOMaxHelp To help you help customers better:- My speed is consistently over 100mbps on my network- Xfinity X1 set top boxes have THEIR OWN MODEM, meaning the speed in my home network or congestion on it is COMPLETELY ISOLATED.- after powercycling the X1, any problems should subside
