@Ask_Spectrum modem is on and connected to power. Troubleshooted everything, router will not turn on nor will it connect to WiFi. This service is trash and the customer service is just as bad. Keep raising the prices and not giving your customers what they are paying for

Hey @ATT, please get fiber internet to my neighborhood. @GetSpectrum SUCKS. If they give me their stupid gas mileage analogy when they’re telling me 6 Mbps up should be okay when I’m paying for 20 Mbps up I think I’m going to lose it.
